Cold season is just around the corner. More research is needed to understand why onion and garlic supplements could help ward off the common cold, but their effects on the immune system could be the reason. Onions and garlic are rich in sulfur-containing compounds (like alliin, in garlic), which may improve the ability of white blood cells to fight off unwanted germs.

Conclusion: According to Arnold, a former CA Governor and therefore a Genius Level Expert on Diseases and Climatology (by Liberal standards), Colds and the Flu (and therefore Covid due to the nature it is a flu variant) can be combatted with common seasonings such as Garlic and Onion.
Likewise, not only is Flu season NOT caused by Climate Change, Global Warming, or Global Cooling, we don't actually know what causes it, but we have some guesses based on LOGIC & FACTS.

Agreed. I just thought it was ironic that an obviously automated newsletter with his name on it was sending this information out. It's like they are recycling content from the 80s/90s.

So my question is, are people in CA seeing the stars out and about right now? Many of us seem to be hoping they are being rounded up right now and the strike is cover for their soon to be permanent absence.
I think this is why they are parading around the "most famous" as many people have ditched them all together. I think we're seeing their panic, losing grasp of the "dreamers" who worship celebrities.

I see. Also by the way the alliin in garlic also lowers blood pressure, studies found it to be as effective as many of the prescription drugs that they keep forcing people into. I my own experience I drop 8 points just from taking garlic extract at least twice a day. Beet root powder or extract has similar effects but since it uses a different pathway they stack.
That is good to hear. I've neglected research on it, but I know garlic has some amazing properties.
I have several people in my immediate circle that could benefit from this, I'll be sure to pass it on.
Definitely call him out for freedom-hating cabal stuff, but no reason to ridicule his health knowledge. If nothing else, he has been a high-level expert in physical fitness for many years. Doesn't mean he's a nice guy or even trustworthy, but I'm sure he knows more about staying fit than 90% of doctors.
