Good morning fellow Anons. I hope y’all, listen to yesterday’s (Sunday) X22Report. It’s going to get rough real quick. In this report, Dave lays out the next few months ahead. The big frustrating piece besides pushing us to war as Trump’s case/s near actual court, Hunter may be getting off free of the current gun charges to piss more people off, and winning his suit against the IRS for disclosing his private info, which by current law is his real right. Sooo that outta shake more Sheeple awake. And then more Ruckus around the globe, as the Cabal brings up the pressure and fight!
Big few week ahead per Dave. So breathe deep today, as I think a small extra Cabal typhoon will rock us/Anons here in the Storm! Certainly for more Sheeple Wake-Up calls. So please listen, always stay prepped, tighten the seat belt, and as we Digital Soldiers do, spread the word.
God bless you all Anons. Together, Where We Go One We Go All.
I'm a 5'4" 61 year old woman. My ideal weight is 115. Anxiety destroys appetite.
Are you getting enough B complex? It's especially important for women over 50 ...and B!2 and folic acid in particular are essential to stave off anxiety and depression. Also, a protein powder supplement, added to milk, is a great way to bulk up.
I'm an old hand at dealing with both via supplements (after detoxing myself off of poisonous antidepressants 15 years ago). I'd be happy to share info with you.
My very next endeavor once I put some weight back on is to get myself off antidepressants. I've been on them far too long and they've pretty much pooped out. I'm terrified of discontinuation syndrome 😫
You can do this! And yep, first get your weight and general health/stamina built back up. Then come up with a plan for the meds. (I'd be happy to share my info/experience with you. DM me any time.)
I've taken myself through three withdrawals successfully, with no assistance from doctors/the medical quacks -- benzos, SSRIs, and a dopamine-reuptake inhibitor. I got rid of the benzos first, then the SSRI, then the last one.
A very, very slow weaning process worked for me -- slowly reducing the dose at carefully regulated intervals. In place of the Rx poison, I now use a combination of amino acid supplements.
It was hard work ...but well worth it. I still have difficult days, but it's manageable...and my Life is so much better now. :-))
Several years ago, my son was going through a divorce and was depressed. I heard that St John's Wart would help and it did. He could tell a big difference. You might want to try that. I get supplements from PuritansPride.com
St. John's Wart did not work for me.😞
Stay strong sweetie. Have faith in the Lord and search this board (if you aren't already) to look for natural remedies.
My Son and Wife have anxiety and I've been learning that capsaicin, cayenne, cumin, and turmeric help alleviate it.
God Bless!
