Lol, yeah. The fact that they have to come and state this out loud, talk about the info war, and do this so openly says to me that they are really behind on this.
The Great Awakening has been engaging openly and proactively with the information war for about 7 years now. The UN is way behind the times.
This shows just how badly they are loosing. Only the fully brainwashed can accept this notion, that free thinking is harmful.

Well, they thought they'd be able to, too. But a little alphabetic one-syllabled character (letter) and a few million anonish patriots threw a pretty big spanner in their works. And that was 5 years ago! We're MUCH bigger now.
UN just lost it's last bit of credibility.
