While both men have criticized vaccines, neither mentioned COVID during the fundraiser for Kennedy's Democratic presidential primary campaign.
Musician Eric Clapton helped raise money at a fundraiser for fellow vaccine critic Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s 2024 campaign for the Democratic presidential primary ticket on Monday.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer entertained Kennedy and donors at a private home in Los Angeles’ posh Brentwood neighborhood where tickets began at $3,300 and went up to $6,600 for some face time with Kennedy, according to TMZ.
Wonder if the concert was in the white room… with black curtains?
That would be a strange brew, but RFK must be so glad, especially on a stormy Monday.
Well Played Chaps well played
The Great Awakening.... Someone has to wake the libtards.
What’s the difference between a baby and a bag of cocaine?
Eric Clapton would never let a bag of cocaine fall out a window.
Oh, that's sick. Anyway, Eric wasn't present when the babysitter was teaching the baby to fly.
It’s at least a 20 year old joke.
Still poor taste.
You sound vaccinated.
Lol, not a chance in hell. Just a Clapton fan and don't find it funny.
33 hundred and 66 hundred? Hmm ... Those don't look like white hat numbers ...
Good catch , You’re so right .. come on , why wouldn’t it be 35 or 65 .. they are both weird numbers even without the symbolism. 66 for face time is goofy . RFK is actually very friendly , I’ve been to several of his meetings about freedom and the vaxx before and during covid . He came and spoke to about 50 of us during the lockdowns in a park in Point Loma . We were able to walk right up to him he gave me and my friend his Fauci book and spent time with us chatting like he was a local fisherman . He’s so approachable. I actually like him but DJT all the way !
My Pillows are always 66% off which bugs me a bit too though.
Interesting point. Don't know if it means anything, but it's hard not to wonder.
Eric made it into the R&R Hall of Fame three times (the only musician ever to have done so), despite having peaked as a guitarist at age 25. That in itself is quite the feat.
It's hard to tell what relevance he expects to gain from this political stunt: backing a candidate who absolutely cannot possibly win.
He got the jab and was vax-injured so badly he had to give up touring for awhile (perhaps still; I've not kept up on his situation) and he was vocal about it. I'm not surprised he's helping RFK Jr. raise campaign money.
