I only want to know, is who was the person behind George H.W. Bush and the cabal surrounding him? It seems unlikely a man can amass so much power, and trust in his plan and all the moving parts/characters, unless there was an even broader picture.
Its such a broad picture, that I don't think I could really piece it together without some serious Intelligence access.

Yep! Like Bush Sr was CIA though. So it’s even bigger than CIA if that’s imaginable. Or maybe CIA was the man on the ground to conduct and orchestrate all the parts and pieces with the massive spending budget.
