Glad the career criminal's crime spree is over, but in this case the shooter should've blasted him in the front if possible (which it didn't appear to be an option).
I hope the man is found not guilty, but I have a feeling he's effed.
The real criminal in addition to the guy who got shot was the attorney blabbing on the video. The upside down world of America today after the Hussein Obama Presidency. Take your country back from the communists.
Trust me, being from this area, but not in this jurisdiction, the shooter will be in prison and his lawyer should already have his appeal ready. That area is so blue, it isn't even funny.
The problem here is that they are training the population that “fear of your life” is required to justify homicide. The next step is “duty to retreat.” This is a playbook they’re running.
Guy comes in a store to rob, comes in my house to rob, that should be the end of the justification dance. Sadly, this guy is going to trial in a blue state full of people who have already second guessed the intentions of the thief.

That guy is going to prison, he can't argue he was in fear for his life while chasing the guy down.
But do I give a fuck that this thief was shot? Nope

I’m not in TX but if I were and was called, I’d answer attorneys mildly to get on that jury and no way would the employee be convicted.
Most crime happens because the law serves to protect them, not innocents. Also, anyone stealing from a gun store intends to harm others.
Murder is pretty high bar
I wonder if the stack of 20’s was worth it.
For both of them, this dude is going to prison.
When the system falls apart and all these attorneys and judges go poof then you'll really see some interesting videos.

I was taught that bullet you fired off YOU own it.
