Meaning, she will be called to testify in other cases and hopefully it will backfire spectacularly like Jack Nicolson admitting calling the Code Red in movie 'A Few Good Men'. Something needs to happen sooner rather than later as the consequences of fraudulent voting are hurting Americans; case in point being the SOTH fiasco with Jeffries vote being close due to several down vote congress being installed not elected.
Seems like there was a bit of confusion about the misdemeanor and it's effects on her rights. The prosecutor was saying she would have her gun rights removed and then there was some off camera discussion and it seemed that no one in the room knew what her gun rights status would actually be.
What was the class of misdemeanor?
IMO you could come to the correct legal conclusion that someone did in fact illegally "tamper" with equipment, even if they did it in pursuit of stopping fraud.
Powell agreed to plead guilty to several counts of conspiracy to interfere with the 2020 election and agreed to testify against co-defendants in the case.
This is not quite what she was charged with. She plead guilty to crimes that happened after the 2020 election.
I'm reading she plead guilty to 6 counts of conspiracy to commit intentional interference with the performance of election duties.
This is about getting access to voting machines in Coffee County, GA. I'm assuming the official there has "election duties" to perform by law and letting Sidney Powell and her team get access to the voting machines violated those duties.
This is how the Washington Post described what happened on Jan 7, 2021.
In rural Coffee County, Ga., forensics experts paid by a nonprofit run by pro-Trump lawyer Sidney Powell copied virtually every component of the voting system
Lawyer Sidney Powell pleaded guilty to reduced charges Thursday over efforts to overturn Donald Trump’s loss in the 2020 election in Georgia, becoming the second defendant in the sprawling case to reach a deal with prosecutors.
Powell, who was charged alongside Trump and 17 others with violating the state’s anti-racketeering law, entered the plea just a day before jury selection was set to start in her trial.
She was initially charged with racketeering and six other counts as part of a wide-ranging scheme to keep the Republican president in power after he lost the 2020 election to Democrat Joe Biden. Prosecutors say she also participated in an unauthorized breach of elections equipment in a rural Georgia county elections office.
She is pleading to six misdemeanor charges, according to the agreement read in court. She will get 12 months of probation for each count, as well as a $6,000 fine.
So does this mean she won’t be releasing the kraken?
The kraken were the friends we made along the way.
"Tore says" helped blow up the cracken.
"Tore says" submitted a fraudulent affidavit.
But this is not new for her.
A Magic City Christmas. Convicted for fraud.
As Q says, "be careful who you follow."
Maybe the kraken was herself
I feel good about lying when it's disinformation being fed to scare the DS
Fuck that! She promised to show proof of fraud but turns out she’s the fraud
Getting the preliminary bullshit cleaned up so that the big show can get started. Adjudication withheld, relative small fines. I call this a win.

That was very interesting.

Moves and countermoves. Trump will pardon her.
The president does not have the authority to pardon someone in a state crime. That can only be done by the governor of that state.
What do you think she said in her proffer?
That's a very good question and I'm sure one that a lot of people are asking themselves. She got a light sentence.
Tick, tick, tick......

Strategic move or has The Kraken been put on ice?

Negotiated plea. I think it's a misdemeanor.
OH SHE'S TESTIFYING!
She's getting a light sentence
