Yet, the judge wouldn't budge. When this occurs, it indicates a kangaroo proceeding. Powell had a very good lawyer, who knows the courts. It was obvious to see by the exculpatory evidence presented this was a rigged court. The entire act was to bring this to the court and argue it there. This would have been a deafening propaganda stage.
Powell should have never been charged in the first place. All the exculpatory evidence was there and the prosecution refused to review it. Not only did the prosecution slow-walk Brady materials, but they dumped terabytes of data on Powell's attorneys and said, "Here it is. Now find it."
Look no further than the J6 defendants. Powell got a sweet deal here and she recognized the kangaroo court she was entering and took the deal. This was all political...... and the RINOs in Georgia were doing nothing to put an end to this charade.
