Yes, it was…all of the “astronauts” can be found today acting as their identical twins or some even using their same names.

It’s possible the explosion itself was an accident and they had to backwards engineer the twins story (all the astronauts were identical twins!) to cover up the fact that nobody was on the actual rocket.
