Did some quick poking around - Epstein Island has no airport, so travel there would show up as landing at "Cyril E. King Airport" on St Thomas Island, airport code TIST or STT
Generally speaking, an airstrip needs to be at least 2,500 feet in length for small aircraft such as single-engine propeller planes. For larger and heavier aircraft such as jets, the airstrip needs to be a minimum of 6,000 feet long in order to provide adequate running distance for the aircraft during takeoff and landing.
Yes indeed, the airport identifier is TIST (Cyril E King) for St Thomas island. PBI is Palm Beach International, it's the ICAO standard airport identifiers. Another is TEB for Teterboro which was often used.
They travelled from St Thomas by boat usually, possibly heli or some suggest at times G Maxwell had her Sub licence maybe a submersible.

Interesting. We know that Ghislaine Maxwell was a submarine pilot & there are claims of a sub doc in the island.
Thanks for putting this out there.
