Good for her! So glad to see someone file against this biased judge. Hopefully the bar will fully investigate this and remove him. His courtroom antics are disgusting and puts our judicial system in a bad light. We need it cleaned up now.

How come it took so long? Where are all the Congressional Republicans and why aren't they speaking out? Why aren't legal scholars stepping up? Jonathan Turley the Geo. Washington Univ. professor has spoken out but there seems to be a complete lack of courage to file similar ethics violations against this judge. If the ACLU of all organizations is speaking out, where are all the others? It's the Uniparty against Trump.

I don't think this has juice whatsoever.
The ignoring a decision thing I think is objectively false. The Appeals court ruled on this and said the judge had the power to decide this. Either way even if he is wrong, it's an issue for appeal, not a cause for removal.
