There is no lease.

It was a military invasion in 1948 to oust the arabs from the land.

No lease required when you have tanks.

There is no date in the Balfour declaration. It does say that her majesty's government looks with favor on blablabla .... But no date.

So .... what is the sauce of this lease idea?
