Wouldn't it be great if volcano rifts like that one could be used for dumping all plastic recycling? What's the worst that could happen? The volcanoes are already putting out tons of gasses so the burning plastics wouldn't make much of a difference. The temperatures are hot enough to melt rock so plastic doesn't stand a chance. There are locations all over the world that could be used.
A multi-million dollar idea, just sitting there, waiting.
Yea but then the recycling scam will cease to exist.
Either that or there will be oceans of complaints from "environmentalists". Something about the increase in carbon in the atmosphere or whatever.
Plastics could be made of a biodegradable material such as the Hemp plant. Oh yeah, the Hemp plant is outlawed in most states. I guess it was too much competition with the oil industry and the paper industry.
Randolph Hearst and hemp was one of my first redpills when I was about 15.
Oh, I know. Hemp is pretty darned amazing stuff. So versatile AND you can just compost it when you're done.
These fissure eruptions can send fountains of magma hundreds of feet into the air stretching over miles. How would you get close enough?
I was thinking more of the other Icelandic ones that just have magma oozing along the ground.
But yes, the delivery is the biggest part of the problem.
You are a genius!
