Yes but cleaning up our cities is not only possible it has been done before. When Giuliani was mayor of NY you could walk alone down the streets of Manhatttan at 2 in the morning and feel safe. The bars came off the windows and doors in the theatre district and the streets and subways were clean. They love to make you think things are impossible, but they are not. Remember how we could never be energy independent? And then two years into the Trump administration, we were energy independent? With one or two exceptions - MAYBE - they are R & D alike, all full of shit.
