I can understand why God flooded the world.
You got it.
Agreed. It seems harsh that God sent Israel into Jericho to wipe out every living thing there. Men, women, children and every animal. But when a society becomes so sick and debauched, it's like a cancerous disease. The whole thing must be removed, from top to bottom, or it spreads, infects and destroys all society like a deadly virus.
We need the same kind of surgical cleaning in our day.
Leave it to God then.
God commanded Joshua to do it. Maybe God is commanding modern day Joshuas to do some cleaning. Maybe God is trying to get a message through to you.
With adequate margins to assure no regrowth.
We're nearing that moment once more. Let's get ready & make amends.
I can see him going "So, you know the whole covenant thing where I promised not to flood the world again, with the rainbow as the symbol, yada yada? Yeah, um...you guys perverted the shit out of the rainbow anyway, so yeah...things are about to get a little "wet" again...sorry not sorry, faggots."
God promised that he would never again destroy the world with a flood. He also promised that he would destroy it by fire next time.
2 Pet 3:7
I'll take the fire right now, Jesus!
Just let me hide under the cover of the blood of Jesus first (or a blue tarp)
think he could do an encore??
