I'd say the whitehats are using the dementia ploy to make Biden and the Dems look like a fool, and do what they don't want the blame for doing even if the results are something they want to happen.

Then he's doing a terrible job. This Biden is doing everything he can to look lost, confused, and asleep at the wheel. This Biden has turned young people against him, and Democrats in general. Not sure why people think Obama is overseeing the destruction of the Democratic Party. All the evil they were hiding has been put out front and center. Evil doesn't like the sunlight. So, who is really in control?
