Do you find it strange the suit is only about efficacy claims and not the serious and sometimes lethal side effects? Seems to me like he pulled a punch. I'm glad Pfizer is getting sued, but this seems a little weak.
Honestly I think this is brilliant. He can't sue the vaxx companies for the injuries and deaths because of their anti liability clauses. So - if he sues them for misrepresenting the vaxx efficacy their only recourse is to prove him wrong. How will they possibly do that? I can't wait to see what he gets in discovery...
When Paxton wins this case it is possible that the veil of non-liability will be broken and regular people can sue them for vaxx damages and deaths because misrepresenting their "testing data" and vaxx efficacy should render their liability protection null and viod.
The thing is, just like with the tobacco companies, BigPharma has made so much money from the covid shots, that even if there is some huge class action lawsuit down the road, they will still have made more on the shots than what some settlement is.
If Ken's suit works and it leads to their anti-liability being cancelled then it won't just be lawsuits for money. Lawyers will be able to go after them to prove they knew the vaxx killed or injured people yet they still allowed it to be sold. Their lack of testing (or at least faked results) will be exposed. Whistleblowers will emerge to save their own asses. This could bring the company completely down, and have some of their employees receive murder charges. It could also lead to all their other drugs at a bare minimum being pulled and retested. His suit could actually lead to the complete cleanup of big pharma.

Perhaps this opens doors for other suits? I know little about how all this works. Just thinking...

Ken is a damn genius.

Let's hope!
