Sam Altman is a piece of shit college dropout who can't really run a company, who has burned millions of dollars in failed ventures and who's complete persona revolves around a cult of personality of people who worship him as if he were smart or special, which he's not. His only skill is being well connected Jew, raising capital being a Wall Street darling, a Bilderberg attendee, Biden donor, invented "Worldcoin", ran into the ground a start-up focused on collecting biometric data and an obvious Deep State tool, under whose supervision ChatGPT was created to have a strong left-leaning bias. So no...he IS the deep state, not the other way around.
Every well-funded military in the world is working on AI. It would be foolish to believe those projects are all entirely defensive in nature (to put it mildly).
Plenty of large corporations and governments are working on using AI to censor the web and to control people in other ways.
The Deep State and probably every other tyrant-wannabe organization has been hoping to use AI to increase its own power and control since long before actual AI was possible. It's been a dream, a goal, and a heavily funded project for them since the first electronic computers were developed.
The question is: will they succeed? Or do White Hat organizations -- any groups run by decent humans with positive, non-authoritarian goals -- actually have the upper hand, AI-wise?
For that matter, is it POSSIBLE for AI to be used safely and for good, or -- like Power itself -- is the mere USE of true general AI, even when intended for GOOD, so dangerous that only evil will ever come of it in the long run?
Given that ousting Sam Altman (who is the darling of the Internet), and bringing him back (Internet won?), resulted in a new board with Larry Summers who is deeper than Deep State, makes you wonder about the people who actually voted to oust Altman.
I always assumed they were all deep staters, but perhaps there is a schism. This lady from Australia, Helen Toner seems to be worthy of a dig to better understand the intrigues.
My thoughts as well... this great threat to humanity -it doesn't make sense. The hype is over the top by the black hats. What is the true motivation for this "scary" projection... strange.
Thank you. Just had a comment about this the other day. Until that shit can write itself without any human intervention we aren’t even close.
Also ChatGPT is cool but you can still tell a pretty big difference between human and gpt in my opinion.
In a very simplistic way, yes maybe... in reality: No. Imagine being able to traverse an infinite flow-chart, decision tree at light speed, and then at some point, having experienced so many decisions that you can already predict with certainty what the best path toward your desired outcome should be without even having to go down a branch. Yes, AI it's still in its infancy, and it's been blown out of proportion to raise capital, but the technology and impact it's beyond real buddy.
Those are entirely subjective concepts. What was morally acceptable 100 years ago it's not now, and viceversa. What is good or evil for one society or civilization, may not be for another. AI will learn to reinforce what you tell it to reinforce, so in theory AI can have a stricter sense of morality than the average flawed human. It would be in your best interest of some to have the leading AI models have a christian world-view I guess.
False. Machine learning and neural networks involve training algorithms on data to recognize patterns and make decisions. These methods are more complex and adaptive than traditional rule-based approaches.
This guy is great. On the platforms he's on does he have to pretend the election wasn't stolen?
It's sad how comfortable the younger generations are about self-censorship.
This guy is solid af.
Yeah I think it’s cuz of tik tok where he makes his videos. He could say this stuff on X without getting censored now

It belonged to DS to begin with
100% and isn't "new" and used against us for years. The advancements are wild af

I wish I knew the answers.

Check this video out, it’s pretty detailed how it’s used to control us as you mentioned
Thanks. I'll take a look.

Altman raped his 4 yo sister
AI is a hoax.
Just a linear programmed bot. Think flow chart.

Gonna agree to disagree, not everything is a hoax and believe it or not there’s much hidden tech from the public
Let’s find out though. Cheers

AI still can not determine good vs evil. In any set of parameters.
