My thoughts are that it is likely hes been turned. His strong leftist history and his suspected pedo proclivities (aka Kid Love Production and his red shoes et al) make his frequent red pill commentary over the last year or so, out of character.

I'm pretty sure he was made an offer he couldn't refuse. Nobody jumps to the right as hard as he has, without some motivation.

People forget Bill maher was a fairly based personality about 20 years ago.
He had no issues attacking both sides. Then something happened where he went extreme leftist and it probably had to do with- George Bush/ segueing into Obama. And HBO of course.

Hes only mad because hes jewish and university campuses dont love israel. IMO his outrage is nothing to do with "Hating America" per se.
I dont remember him complaining about it until students started railing against israels actions in the gaza strip early october.
