The only purpose to blowing up a house while committing suicide... while not injuring anyone else in the blast... is to destroy evidence.
If there was evidence in the house that would lead to other members of whatever group he was a member of, or the evidence would lead back to something he desperately wants hidden (overseas ties)... then this is the way to destroy evidence during a last-minute police raid.
Connections with other foreign governments and/or other houses with Chinese military around US. There has been a lot of Chinese men come across the southern border. Some traitors in Biden administration probably know.
That is a good theory, but I would think that if it was a gas explosion it would tend to blow up quickly while blowing any loose papers or other lightweight stuff up and out. That is also why procedures exist for embassies to burn classified docs when they are being attacked or evacuated. You have to do it correctly though... I have tried burning docs in my smoker after smoking a brisket, and you would be surprised just how many survive even if the fire is really hot. Some get insulated between others if you stack them.

That’s also what I think. Dude was probably a spy or worked for the clowns.

But if the evidence is passports those people are screwed.
