Watched a vid on YT the other night about these African's whose earn their living by brewing Banana Beer. This was my first learning that one could brew beer from Bananas. I have a Banana tree, although I would have to have more than one to have enough Bananas to make a good portion of beer, but I love to try and make some.
You ever taste it? (Incidentally, I'm no longer a drinker of alcoholic beverages. Since am of the type that the cork don't go back in the bottle till it's empty, I made myself quit. Just thinking it might be helpful to know how to brew for barter.

Nope, never had Banana Beer, but I bet it's Interesting to say the least....
And yep, that's me too....
But now, I've become a Daily Drinker, and it isn't as fun as it used to be....
I know that sooner or later, I'm going to have to quit, and it's going to be Cold Hard Stop....
