Remove them all from rest stops then. As Elon said - Go fuck yourself!
here's my stance, all restaurants in a rest stop SHOULD be open daily.
BUT if they are forcing Chick-fil-A to stay open on Sundays, which is against their policy, then they should be able to remove their stores without having to pay to break their lease, and also be compensated for their construction costs.
Total agreement. Both sides are in the wrong here. Everyone, including NY bureaucrats know Chik-Fil-A is closed on Sundays. But, Chik-Fil-A knows full well travelers need rest area services seven days a week.
Did the demons in charge know that CFA was closed on Sundays when they issued the permits and licenses and stuff?
Did the state take taxes from them under that understanding?
"Demons" is a good description. CFA is closed on Sunday to honor the Sabbath. This is about much more than feeding travelers. The demons want them breaking a commandment. As it stands CFA is making a bold statement by closing on Sundays.

Put in a vending machine and microwave outside the closed window. NY City had those automats decades ago.
Insert coin. We are OPEN!
I forgot about those Automats. Good Memories.
chick fila already cucked a while back, iirc
rofl... and the msm calls Trump a dictator....
Fascist democrats
I cannot wait for NY to be sued for religious freedom.
FUNY... Not any funny as FCUK but funny none the less. SC will be busy in the next year.
Ok. We're now open on Sundays with a limited menu (therefore limited staff): fountain drinks only. (or something along those lines)
Makes sense. The democrat party is the party of slavery and the KKK, so it should surprise no one that they insist on compelling others to work on their day off. It's totally on-brand for them.
Is that the only food available at the rest stop. Do the bathrooms not work if cfa is closed? I don't know anything about the story except seeing headlines.
Tyranny in plain view.
