As far as I am concerned, and probably a lot of people on this website, there is no legal reason to remove Trump from any ballot in any of the 50 states. The ones that attempt to, or remove him, are showing us, the citizens of the US, just how much they support Communism and the Communist way of life. They are sick and they need to be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
As Lt. Governor, Elenis Kounalakis is the head of the State Senate. The State Senate has been refusing to turn over records in response to LORA (the CA legislator's equivalent of FOIA) requests, including records regarding oaths. The little they have provided has been redacted so that you can't tell if the people actually took the oaths or not. The dates have not been redacted and the majority of the oaths are already expired. I have already filed one complaint against the State Senate for blatantly violating the LORA laws: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=2052. I am working on more complaints, as well.

I must confess, I was a slow learner in this because I used to watch and enjoy the TV series ‘Charmed’ and it wasn’t until the Holy Soirit convicted me and told me that “witchcraft and magic are not of me and are of Satan, so therefore witches would not fight demons or their house will fall”
I diid have the sense even in my teen years though to turn away offers of psychic readings as it just didn’t feel right and red flags went up in my Spirit even though I didn’t yet grasp the meaning of the scripture. The majority of counties in CA are red, it's LA, SF, Silicon Valley and a handful of others that steal our elections. Even the county I live in, Santa Cruz is surprisingly conservative as you move away from the coast where the mountain folk live. ;-)
