I just point out to people how old I am and attest to the fact that I could play outside without a coat on Christmas morning back in the late 1950s and early 1960s. And my town had more days above 100 in the summer back then than at any time since. Most of the weather records set in my town in the past 60 years were cold records, not hot ones.
We are actually heading for something close to an ice age. And the "scientists" of the 1970s are still full of crap.
