the problem is... ONCE YOU START paying income, they have you.
you've entered into a binding contract with them. you cannot just start, then one day stop.
however, if you NEVER START, they have nothing on you.
i've never paid in 14 years of earning since high school. never started & never plan on it. nobody has ever showed up to my doorstep & if they ever do, they can speak with my sheriff.
this message needs to spread & en masse, people need to stop paying. by paying in, you are admitting you have a king over you & that king is NOT King Jesus or LORD GOD. you admit to being a slave.
So, if the IRS deceived or misled you to believe that paying taxes was required by law, then even if you have been paying taxes and then you find out that it was always “voluntary” and you stop, the IRS shouldn’t be able to come after you. Fraud even in a contract, viciates everything.
Do you have a "Birth Certificate"? If yes, that right there is the contract. Before Birth Certificates were developed there was no income tax. Think about that for a minute. The way our government has been corrupted is horrible, but it will only get worse as time goes on because people like you are the ones who the 87,000 new IRS agents will be looking for.
The tax system is based on voluntary compliance

I'm curious. How did you get around the "required" paperwork as a new hire?

You apparently never made a declaration saying you are a tax debtor the moment you signed your employment contract?
