I understand this type of motorcade always travels with a med unit to the rear.
Genuine v. Counterfeit. The secret service doesn't study counterfeits, they study the genuine rhen the fake stands out.
They wouldn’t roll out 1/10th of that to drag Carter’s corpse around.
Sitting Presidents don't get that.

I was on Martha’s Vineyard and had to pull over for a Bill Clinton motorcade once. I was right near a motorcycle cop. He was off his bike. All who pulled over were out of their cars and had pretty close access to the road the Clinton motorcade would and did drive through on.
From my recollection and bringing similarities forward 30 years the motorcade in the video seems to me to be that of a sitting president. Spacing of vehicles. Identical vehicles. Two different medical units. A communication unit.
And- The motorcycle cop I was standing near must have been +6’ 8” tall. All the motorcycle cops looked of normal size when riding but exceptionally large when off bikes. Projected display of a force to be reckoned with.
Back then I’d never have thought this- But if you told me now that the motorcycles I saw were somehow 25% oversized so as to diminish the appearance of size of the officers riding them I’d believe it.
Between all of the Chevy's and GMC's, who was in the one Ford (2nd in the procession, after the motorcycle show)? Short Straw?
A couple of Dodge Sprinters, one Jeep Waggy (I think)... I should stop analyzing everything, I guess...
