There is another piece to this timeline - I think very important. Fits just before this time line.

The flight logs start on Nov 17 1995. 2 weeks after Rabin Assasination
The first time the flight log shows travel to Virgin Islands (which is where the Little James Island is located) was in 1996. Same year Netanyahu came to power.
