100% agree. In the late 50’s, Harlem was a growing and healthy city. Black families had the lowest divorce rates. Pictures show children playing in the streets. adults neatly dressed and regularly attending church. Than drugs were brought in that ruined the family units, the local economy as crime rates skyrocketed. The recipe played over and over in democrat led cities across the country
