This is where the rubber meets the road. If you're a Dr and you don't want to perform a procedure, don't. Let them fire you then sue them for a violation of your first amendment rights.
Exactly Right, and take it all the way to SCOTUS if necessary!
I agree with you in theory, but hasn't SCROTUS already basically deemed medical professionals to be office equipment? I thought they let the "vaccine" mandate live for Healthcare workers. I may be incorrect though.
They'll probably create straw-man conflicts to force this issue.
THAT'S STRAW-MA'AM TO YOU
Logically that is the next move or so it seems.
Or straw woman

This goes beyond stupid- Stupid can be solved. Evil can only be stood against and stopped!
SCOTUS had better do the right thing on this, and the states better prepare to uphold the 10th Amendment!
So a trans person can get up in my grill because I hurt their feelings for not using their proper pronouns, but it's tuff shit that I can be reprimanded or fired for NOT doing a procedure that would go against my moral fiber, and stay with me for a while, if not the rest of my life?
Systematically destroying the healthcare system.
i'd argue big pharma did that already. but this is really about killing unwanted babies.
