I switched to a non-fluoride toothpaste about 6 months ago. Maybe it’s mental but I feel better. We haven’t drank treated water in 25 years and the only thing that was knowingly remaining was toothpaste.
I've been avoiding fluoride for a long time as well, but one thing that had concerned me is bathing in it. We most likely absorb some of these chemicals while taking a shower or bath, right?
Thanks for the summary.
Maybe a dumb question, but is fluoride in toothpaste bad if you're not swallowing it?
Anything that touches your skin is absorbed into one's body

Avoid any and all fluoride. All fluoride is bad. The hydrofluorosalicic acid that is added to water is the worst. The documentary explains.

I thought it was hexafluorosilicic acid, am I wrong?
I misspelled it: hydrofluorosalicic acid and hexafluorosilicic acid are two names for the same thing.
Yes. Consider that one of the fastest ways to get a compound into your bloodstream is with under-the-tongue drops.
