While the article in "Raw Story" states that Mr. Navarro had lost his appeal, the actual decision makes clear that this was only a petition for a new trial based on jury misconduct that was denied by the original trial court judge. It doesn't appear he has filed an appeal yet and certainly there has been no Appellat Court decision.

Didn't the J6 unselect comittee already delete all of the witness testimony and evidence they collected over many months of hearings to deny Trump and the political prisoners the ability to use it in their own defense? They deleted it all months ago.
