I wonder who he considers the "underprivileged and under served" are. He seems to describe poor people directly with the comment about where money was spent. What about all the people that are victim of the same machine that have been paying excess taxation for generations and are still dying from disease and everything the system does to the entire population. Arent those people entitled to be pissed?
We are all one fren. It don't matter the money you have. Rich or poor. Everyone would or should be entitled to it . Paying lots of taxes or barely much. We humans deserve this.
He said he is one of them so I think he meant basically, the middle class. Those pressed for money who have been overlooked by their government. He did focus on the poor though, but I took it to mean most everybody.
