I have yet to see one and nobody I know has had one in their hand. The ATM gave me crispy new ones last week that were dated 2017. 🤷♂️

And, it may very well be possible that there still aren't many new bills in circulation.

The serial number starts with 'Q'.
The year on bills refers to the year that edition of the bill was released, not to the year in which it was actually printed. Until the next design refresh, it's 2017.
