Got my blood work done recently. Been feeling off lately even though I lift heavy. Do combat sports. Run in the sun. Do sprints. Eat red meat and healthy fats and carbs. Stay away from dyes, seed oils, and inflammation causes foods. Drink organic bone broth in the mornings. Eat duck fat with my red meat. Don't eat a lot of sweets.
And yet, my sex drive has plummeted. I have trouble sleeping (had for the last 15 years). Brain fog. Hard to pay attention. Can't breathe during my BJJ rolls.
And so my test levels are in the mid 300s. Bummer. I'm not jabbed. But could be all the microplastics. Or just too much screen time. Or breathing in chem trail air. Or just getting older in a hormone destroying world.
Before consulting about trt, wanted you guys opinion on TRT or natural testosterone boosting methods.

If you drink booze stop for a month. Quit fapping for a month. Do cold plunges for 2 weeks, every day.
Make sure you have rest days from working out, change to a 2 days, 1 rest day, 3 days, 1 rest day schedule and don’t do any hard effort beyond mobility on rest days.
Maybe you’re working out too hard and your body is exhausted.
Get some horse paste. Maybe someone is shedding at your work or home. Or you have parasites.
Yeah, booze is a T-killer for sure.
True story. But it will also save your ass if you ever get stupid and decide to drink anti-freeze. Gotta love chemistry. Crazy story, when in paramedic school, I was doing clinical rotations with an ER Doc. Guy was brought in via ambulance (suicide attempt) drank antifreeze. The charge nurse was a beast of a woman, I would not cross, called her parents after the guy arrived. Asked her mom if they still had the huge bottle of vodka she gave them for someones birthday or something. They said yes, she told them to set it on the porch and she had one of her nurses go to their house and get it. She set it on the table next to the guy in his room and told him to start drinking it. His eyes got big and he asked why. The alcohol binds to the ethylene-glycol and renders it safe in the body and you end up just peeing it out. Saved his ass. He did get pretty drunk but they ran fluids with vitamins/ minerals and his hangover was minimal. And before you ask, yes, treatment was approved by doctor. Oh, the things that come into ERs and things that occur in the cities throughout the nation, that never make the news, would blow people's minds. There was a child abuse case in the Children's ER when I was there, and if the police weren't there, I would probably have gone to jail that evening. But that's another story.

I do have some leftover horse paste from COVID days/tractor supply. Maybe I'll finish off those sticks (paste only, not that extra chemical stuff).

If you were sick lately, I’ve heard of this being a side affect of COVID like sickness. Tiredness and low sex drive, breathing problems, extra fatigue after exercise. I had all those for a few months after getting it this summer except low sex drive.
Ivermectin helped a lot and the strange thing is applying ivermectin topically to areas that would stay sore and never recover helped. I had sore neck muscles that would not improve much with exercise or posture work or chiropractic care. Applying it once to each area was a permanent fix going on weeks.
I didn’t sleep much while sick as my nose swelled up once I got COVID like sickness. Only thing that helped was constantly applying unkers (menthol cream) to my nose
I was praying about this all too and God said ivermectin and fasting. I did some small fasts and it did improve my overall feeling too

Just horsey paste :). It helps my autoimmune skin issues too. I put it on the skin one day and do lotion for a few days after and it goes down
There are liquid forms available from feed stores. You can put it on a cotton ball and apply it anywhere.
I've seen studies where overall more than 140 minutes of muscle-strengthening activities a week actually increases all-cause mortality, cancer, cardiovascular disease. Optimal benefit was around 40-60 minutes a week. Can't help your little guy without blood flow. Rest is critical.
Oh, and another study showing that cold plunging had zero benefit to cardiovascular health. (here).
Look into quercetin, or onion skin. It's anti-estrogen.
Clearly, these must be epidemiological studies, which are nothing more than questions and answers.
They did not track these people for decades and record their exercises, and figure out their causes of death.
Instead, they simply inferred from other data, such as, "How much do you exercise?"
Proves nothing.
Oh my gosh yes....pretty basic, everyone has parasites unless you have actively done something to eliminate them!
