Got my blood work done recently. Been feeling off lately even though I lift heavy. Do combat sports. Run in the sun. Do sprints. Eat red meat and healthy fats and carbs. Stay away from dyes, seed oils, and inflammation causes foods. Drink organic bone broth in the mornings. Eat duck fat with my red meat. Don't eat a lot of sweets.
And yet, my sex drive has plummeted. I have trouble sleeping (had for the last 15 years). Brain fog. Hard to pay attention. Can't breathe during my BJJ rolls.
And so my test levels are in the mid 300s. Bummer. I'm not jabbed. But could be all the microplastics. Or just too much screen time. Or breathing in chem trail air. Or just getting older in a hormone destroying world.
Before consulting about trt, wanted you guys opinion on TRT or natural testosterone boosting methods.
Thanks all.
Soy is in a lot of products also!
Not a lot, almost all food has it. I've been cooking from scratch for the last few years almost exclusively because of how many products have soy.
You know what puzzles me: Why asian countries that have very high soy consumption, are still healthier than us.
They eat a lot of cruciferous veggies which contain DIM, which reduces test to estradiol conversion.
It’s a cheap Protein additive for processed food. Makes sense for it to be everywhere. Not mention the uses of other Soy Derivatives. Corporations seeking to prop up profit margins and all that.
That is of course not considering/factoring in any ulterior motives behind the push for soy.
It presents an interesting conundrum that the Business world will ultimately need to confront once the bad actors in it are dealt with. Balancing Fat Profits, and by extension cutting corners and cheaping out in order to achieve said fat profits, and what is ultimately best for consumers long term.
