Got my blood work done recently. Been feeling off lately even though I lift heavy. Do combat sports. Run in the sun. Do sprints. Eat red meat and healthy fats and carbs. Stay away from dyes, seed oils, and inflammation causes foods. Drink organic bone broth in the mornings. Eat duck fat with my red meat. Don't eat a lot of sweets.
And yet, my sex drive has plummeted. I have trouble sleeping (had for the last 15 years). Brain fog. Hard to pay attention. Can't breathe during my BJJ rolls.
And so my test levels are in the mid 300s. Bummer. I'm not jabbed. But could be all the microplastics. Or just too much screen time. Or breathing in chem trail air. Or just getting older in a hormone destroying world.
Before consulting about trt, wanted you guys opinion on TRT or natural testosterone boosting methods.
Thanks all.
A drop in testosterone is a natural effect of aging. I'm not sure about taking T boosters as I don't know what long-term effects they might have.
I have suspected for a long time now that trace amounts of estrogen is in water supplies everywhere in the Western world. This is because of so many women on estrogen-based birth control that it's present in the urine... and water purification plants cannot completely filter it out, so it ends up in the water supply.
That also might be why we see so many gender-confused people these days, because of elevated levels of estrogen in our water.
Soy is in a lot of products also!
Not a lot, almost all food has it. I've been cooking from scratch for the last few years almost exclusively because of how many products have soy.
You know what puzzles me: Why asian countries that have very high soy consumption, are still healthier than us.
They eat a lot of cruciferous veggies which contain DIM, which reduces test to estradiol conversion.
It’s a cheap Protein additive for processed food. Makes sense for it to be everywhere. Not mention the uses of other Soy Derivatives. Corporations seeking to prop up profit margins and all that.
That is of course not considering/factoring in any ulterior motives behind the push for soy.
It presents an interesting conundrum that the Business world will ultimately need to confront once the bad actors in it are dealt with. Balancing Fat Profits, and by extension cutting corners and cheaping out in order to achieve said fat profits, and what is ultimately best for consumers long term.
I have noticed a rise in a certain male body type. The gay or effeminate body shape like a bowling ball? Carry their fat in their hips, lower back, with mediocre arm and chest size.
I do drink filtered bottled water only, but maybe that's where all my plastics come from.
Heh, well I get most of my water in the form of strong coffee, so...
No, actually I drink only filtered water throughout the day and more during my gym workouts. Water helps expel all the enzymes and lactic acid my muscles produce while I'm lifting weights and my daily sustained 20-min. aerobics push, consisting of rowing and running.
Try HIIT for a while instead of aerobics. Avoid the fake meats like the plague. Possible you're over-traiining as well so consider increasing your recovery time.

Thanks, I'll need to study this for a bit. I never do the same workout two days in a row, I alternate workout routines, and do a huge recovery -- no exercise or exertion -- on weekends.
Filtered water can still have a lot of garbage in it.
Take a look at distilled water, which has only hydrogen and water molecules.
It is the type of water produced in nature -- rain, fruit, other foods, your own body (water that your body produces, not what you drink, etc.).
This stands to reason. I feel for all of the men. You guys are under assault. It’s going to take a long time to clean this mess up.
Thanks for that. Yes, masculinity has had a hard time of it in these woke days. I just ignore all the woke crap and carry on with my toxic masculinity as I always have. One day soon, that toxic masculinity is going to be in great demand, and sheep will beg for the toxic males to stand between them and the barbarians.
Exactly.
Also plastics leach estrogenic chemicals and most of our food is packaged in it. We're getting bombarded on multiple fronts
This is likely amplified by buildup of toxins and parasites. Once I did detox and parasite purge and got rid of seed oils, I was able to boost my raw lifting strength by ~40% higher than my previous peak in my 20s. Lower expected T due to age is probably dramatically different than the MSM and Big Pharma narrative being pushed.
Not saying I’m a superhero, but someone my age should not typically have the strength and endurance I have. It appears to be due to “normalized” hormone production after toxin and parasite removal (which took about 12 months).
