It’s a Foreign Beneficiary form, which we all technically are foreign beneficiaries because our ALL CAPS corporate name is registered as residing in District of Columbia (DoC is a foreign territory to the rest of the United States). The IRS will even assist you in getting your employer to accept it. Be prepared for you employer to not have a clue and resist.
