Every government since January 20, 1937, but every National government action since October 15, 1933 (effective date of Amendment XX, Corporate/National/Fascist US Gov't creation) is in direct violation of Article IV, Section 4:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

"a Corporate Form of Government" is distinctly NOT "a Republican Form of Government", and Amendment XX is automatically NULL and VOID per Marbury v Madison (1803)
