The Founders of our Republic knew beyond a certainty that humans are frail and cannot be trusted. They wrote the Constitution with that idea in mind, that's why there are so many checks and balances. To wit:

Anyone who thinks putting migrants in communities makes the community "safe" is crazy. I have nothing against legal immigration, vetted and want to become American, speak English, etc. But this whole migrant/refugee/illegal immigrants stuff is insanely unsafe as well as treasonous.
The difference I saw being born and raised in Cali, is that previous legal immigrants and refugees worked hard and contributed, and they assimilated into OUR culture. Which usually happened naturally after a couple of generations, anyway. The "melting pot" actually worked. And I loved the diversity of my home state back then. Now, many are coming here to attempt to intentionally change our culture into something more like the failed one they left behind. But there were also limits on how many we would take in those days. Open borders are a death sentence and we do end up with a lot of criminals, including those sent by violent international gangs, anti-American terrorist entities and cartels. And some of those anti-American people with an agenda have now been elected to congress. Immigration only works if there is vetting first, and the numbers are controlled to a sustainable level. This is out-of-control, and our own government is engaged in human trafficking. We have traitors running the country at present. They will have to be removed for us to survive as a country and a culture. And it may take force to do it. Personally, I don't think we'll have to resort to that, because I expect that God will intervene with so many praying. I see some of it beginning to turn. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't be prepared, just in case. When your own government (or the small, traitorous group in control at the moment) is targeting its own citizens, that is the rational thing to do.
Living in El Paso Texas 1960 to 1974, I was aware of a federal law if you hired an illegal it was a ten grand fine, those were the days. That said can you see and understand that we as a Nation have no government by the people for the people that we have a cabal what operates our political system that in turn controls or puppets our politicians which craps all over its citizens. All they want IS POWER Prove me wrong
My kids are on school vacation this week, so we all went to Gillette Stadium (Massachusetts) to see the NE Patriots Museum and the new lighthouse that just opened.
Normally to avoid traffic, you can enter via the south entrance to visit the shopping center and restaurants. I had done this just a few months ago when my son had a nearby practice.
Yesterday we came in from the busy north entrance but when we tried to exit via the south entrance, the security gates were down and the guard said we weren't allowed to exit.
I asked what changed and security mumbled something about "Homeland Security" has it blocked and we had to exit out the north way. 😡
The guy was getting a little irritated that I was questioning the sudden change and was still shouting something as we backed up.
We proceeded to exit via the north and took the next public road on the east side but couldn't see anything obvious through the woods, but Gillette does have a giant Field House that could be used to house a crap ton of people (illegals 🤷♂️) with ample parking and nearby commuter rail service.
Anyone hear anything about Homeland Security running any operations in New England?
Call the city or county government where the stadium is and ask them what's up. We need to question our government about what they are doing. At least cost them the time it cost you.
The fact that people allow for the term "migrant" to be used is part of the psyop. They're called "illegal aliens". "Migrant" is a euphemism for an illegal alien committing asylum fraud.
They didn't usually enforce it, but I do remember when I worked at the border, there were signs on the border informing people in English and Spanish that crossing illegally could be a $5,000 fine and up to a year in jail.
What raises my ire the most after reading these headlines, is that I worked at the border several decades ago for 7 years. If not for all the Canadians that were treated in the winter months, our local hospital would have closed, and people would have had to drive hours at that time to access another one. We begged the Feds for YEARS for help and they turned a blind eye, because illegal aliens treated there did not pay for any treatment they received. And by law, we could not turn anyone away whether here legally or not. Many days, there were more illegals giving birth than citizens. Then, the taxpayers were on the hook to provide welfare for that new "American" citizen until they were 18. They got no help until Trump was elected. That's why I will vote for Trump for a third time. I've been voting since the 70's, and Trump is the best POTUS we have ever had.
Deport from them all the way up to charge as criminal and/or complicit socialist communists politicians in our country. Oh yes, it’s totally legal, even toward citizens. And their citizenship removed. We Are A Nation Of Laws.
America is being torn apart from the inside out. There are way too many traitors who are pretending to be "humanitarians" damaging the country.
Gonna damage trust long term too. Any time someone tries to do good, people are going to seek out what their angle is.
