It is time for a very important reminder for DWAC shareholders.
Brokers will be contacting you to relinquish your shares for a tender offer of $10. Do not accept the tender offer!!!
Every SPAC is required to broadcast to their shareholders the opportunity to trade their shares back for their original book value - in this case $10.
DWAC will be voting for merger with Donald Trumps - Trump Media and Technology company on March 22nd. The merger vote is not the tender offer. If you accept the tender offer you will be giving away your shares for $10. It is currently trading for $45.
Again, do not accept the tender offer as you will be screwing yourself.

By far and away we have the best mods. I know the relentless and brutal attacks you all deal with from those who wish to destroy this place.
Your good cheer and reasonable natures are indomitable in the face of the freaks.
But withering fire is withering fire and sometimes mods get fed up too. At those times I think some anons feel attacked by mods or get frustrated.
But we must all keep the big picture in mind and realize we are in a real war. An information war. A war of propaganda. A real war that includes deaths. A count much higher than shooting wars. Count up the covid hospital protocol deaths, the jab deaths and all of the other deaths at the hands of the cabal. It's massive. And the bullets and bombs are mostly breathless reporters repeating the next big thing ad nauseum. These bullets are countered by memes and commonsense spoken by the brave men and women of the world.
All this to say I noticed and appreciate the human side of listening to others and deciding to change your mind. It may seem small, but it is also a big deal. For those paying attention at least.
