Yep! Why would they think anyone cared it was called “Test 11” otherwise? I’m on board with comms.
I'm not so sure about that. There were multiple "test" posts from Q that day,

Imagine if other mil x posts said test 10 or test 12?
We could truly put it all to rest in one moment.
Who is gonna dig?
Where would test 10 and 12 be ?
Test 12 unclassified, from the Fiscal Year 2016 budget, testing for Block 2 upgrades of the RAM (rolling airframe missile) for defense from incoming missiles to protect the fleet, testing done along with the Phalanx gun system (with the “R2D2” shaped enclosure) for the zone closest to the ships: close-in-weapon (CIW) defense. This test included LSD Navy ships, a different class than the LPD USS San Diego at the beginning of this thread, but similar purpose, amphibious warfare. See page 12 of 43 https://www.dacis.com/budget/budget_pdf/FY18/RDTE/N/0604755N_140.pdf Got to cover all bases: recovery at sea of space forces (vehicles), defense at sea… RAM developed with Germans— https://www.mbda-deutschland.de/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/RAM-e-18.pdf Capabilities— https://www.dote.osd.mil/Portals/97/pub/reports/FY2018/navy/2018ram.pdf?ver=2019-08-21-155650-807#:~:text=%2D%20RAM%20Block%202%20incorporates%20changes,newer%20classes%20of%20ASCM%20threats. So this RAM or SeaRam missile has the purpose of defense againt highly maneuverable cruise missiles.
