A lot of American citizen "refugees" from blue states are driving up home costs. I know a couple who are real estate agents if you'd like to talk to them.
I’m originally from a small town in NW TN and I have friends telling me thaf they have people from New York finding their ways to even the smallest of towns, ie populations under 3k. The Northerners and the ones moving from LA are driving everyone crazy.
Honestly I think she has maxed the beautiful scale. I'm not sure how you could be any more attractive than that. With age factored in, she's blown away Spinal Tap's scale of 1 - 11.
I have 5 acres small house, 2 br 1 bath, 2500 sq ft shop, cant remember exactly what the property tax is $293 I think but I know it was under $300. Property is high everywhere right now. I am in west TN east of Memphis. No illegal aliens that I have seen in my county.

There may be some illegals there but they won't last long. Because the people that live in memphis want things to stay just the way they are.
The only place I ever see any that I suspect are illegal are at the Mexican restaurant. They always make the ones fresh across the border bring the chips and salsa to the table... they don't speak a lick of English.
