So if Miki is right about this, court cases don't matter. Trump's wins and losses in court don't matter. The "Supreme Court" is illegitimate like every other court in this country, the police are illegitimate, the school boards are illegitimate, the congress is illegitimate, etc. We keep waiting for the plan to happen, but what if there is no plan?
We've heard people suggest before that we are the plan. We've heard people on here also talk about taking back our republic. But what does it mean? This video suggests to me that we are part of the fake news when we post about court case decisions, "government resignations, polling, campaign races, election results, etc.
Instead of participating in their fake government, we need to resurrect our old republic (or create a new republic, depending on how you look at it). We need placeholders in government positions that haven't been filled yet, we need peace officers to protect us, and we need people to learn common law to be part of the judicial system.

I don't have to do what the manager at Taco Bell tells me to do. I don't have to do what his district manager tells me to do or the CEO of Taco Bell tells me to do unless I agree to work for them and sign a contract.
In this case our parents agreed that we will work for the corporation when we were born. But we as individuals didn't agree. We can simply say "I do not comply" and they have no authority over us.

If we see him drop food on the floor and tries to throw it away but the supervisor tells him to serve it then why would we wait for the supervisor to come to our rescue?

The original was the greatest government ever established. It had flaws but we need to learn from the past mistakes. America is what it is because of our Constitution. That's because we have a Constitution that some elected "officials" abide by because they don't realize they work for the corporation because the corporation has to trick people into working for them.

Maybe military is the only way but instead of civil war and public executions it's white vans in middle of the night.

I think this is brilliant! This woman is amazing. I realize there are a lot of people on this site who just want to worship Trump and make him the saviour, but this woman shows what happens when you take the time to figure out how things work out and trying something new.
I've read a lot of Anna Von Reitz articles and believed all the stuff she says about being misled by our government but it all sounds so complicated and I wasn't attracted to join in her program to recreate the state governments.
