First: Sacrifices can't commence until the temple is rebuilt otherwise they're just killing cows. No more panic attacks okay.
Second: These heifers have to be perfect meaning no blemishes of any kind. Ranchers in the US have been selling their very best red heifers to Israel for years in an attempt to help them build a herd that could satisfy the prophesy but they always seem to grow a small patch of white fur or get stabbed by barbed wire which invalidates them. It's funny, it's like God is in control or something. ;)
Third: They ARE trying to rebuild the temple and Israel created a coin to help raise money for it that has Trump and Cyrus on the head side and then the temple on the tail side. Very interesting indeed.
Fourth and final: God loves you. Put your trust in Him and everything will be okay. Much love and peace to you and yours my fren.
Thank you, Fren. I also ask for prayer. I've suffered panic attacks my whole life over this subject alone and have repeatedly asked God to deliver me from it. It's to the point I start therapy next week with extra counseling from my Pastor and his wife. I can't even pick up my children, it's so debilitating
I know someone who used to have severe panic attacks. Was on medication and everything. I don't know if this approach would help you, but it helped that person a lot. Take the 'bring it on, attitude.' Intellectually, you know you're okay. You're not dying immediately. (Apparently how people often feel when experiencing a panic attack.) Just trust God, face it head on and say in your mind, okay, do your worst. By being brave like that and being willing to stare down the PA - it weakens it. Kind of like a bully. At least, it did for that person. I hope that can help you because I'm sure it's miserable.
Also, please consider going to a Functional Medicine Doctor. They are medical doctors who take a more holistic approach to medicine, rather than being lazy and reaching for the prescription pad. So a FMD will check you out thoroughly. It's quite possible you have something physical happening that makes you prone to these attacks. God bless and all the best to you.
When I was young, a pastor taught us to keep written prayer journals. Actually writing your prayers is more powerful than silent prayer. However, for every one thing you ask for, you also have to give thanks for something. It's also a good idea to review the prayers every now and then and take note of how many prayers were answered. Often, God answers prayers and we don't notice. Its important to recognize and appreciate that God really is working.
I have done a prayer journal all of my adult life and it helps a ton. Once you write the things you are anxious about down on paper, you can close the journal and stop thinking about it. If you need to revisit that topic, its already written down, so there is no need to fixate on it in your head. Instead, you can choose to fixate on all the things that you are thankful for. Seeing the world from a more balanced perspective does wonders for reducing anxiety.
I am secure in who I am as a child of Christ. My life has not been easy, but I trust Him that He will equip me to persevere through the hard times, and that the effort will yield fruit. Instead of fearing trials, I take a deep breath and remind myself to be thankful for the blessings that I will get to yield from this trial. :)
Done. I wish I could dox myself and give you my phone number and offer my shoulder to lean on. Obviously I can't do that, but I can tell you this; you're a threat to the evil one. That evil spirit wants you to be in a state of panic and to feel defeated. The evil one is under your feet. If you resist him, he must flee.
If there isn't a temple, any attempted sacrifices would actually just be a BBQ. They have already built the furnishings for the temple and they have the right bloodlines to produce perfect red heifers for the sacrifices. Everything seems to be in place for the temple to be rebuilt. That's what I'm watching for.
I was under the impression that the red heifer sacrifice was to consecrate the beginning of the construction of the new temple . And for this, they only need the ashes of the heifer. Rumor is they just sacrificed one as they had four and now they have three…and the Temple Institute just allowed a film crew from CBS to film the three remaining heifers. There is no way the Temple Institute would allow a film crew to be near the heifers unless they don’t need them. It is way too important to take that risk or even disrespect the process by allowing Gentiles into the fold.
I know you are watching for it to start, but I would watch for the total destruction of the Dome on the Rock & the Al Aqua Mosque first. I wouldn’t be surprised if that happens during Ramadan.
And I also believe that the Rapture could very well happen before the construction starts…or maybe not!😉
Maybe this will help...

Spoiler Alert: God wins!

Take a deep breath in and slow breath out and remove all fear and anxiety regarding this world as God wants us to do.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

What a great time to be alive!
I did not know that. Thanks for sharing this.
