Breaking...A US Citizen married a Canadian who became a US Citizen, but she has a child who is not. They just learned that President Biden plans to remove the child from the home if the child does not get the medical countermeasure COVID shot. (1) This violates the 5th Amendment because Biden cannot require the child to surrender her due process rights, which she is required to under the PREP Act as a condition to enjoy a governmental benefit; (2) the shot is under EUA and is labeled by the FDA as investigational and has no legal indication to treat, cure, or prevent any known disease, (3) violates the family's right to privacy because investigational medical procedures are voluntary and private, (4) the executive branch of the federal government is legally bound to comply with 45 C.F.R. §§ 46.116,122 which requires it to ensure no person is under threat of penalty to participate in a federally funded investigational drug, (5) the requirement violates the 5th amendment because it deprives the person of their liberty interest under 21 U.S.C. §360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) to refuse an EUA product without a hearing, and I could continue for pages. I have decided to help the green card holders, and I'm reaching out to lawyers for that purpose.
Pretty sure this is the same rule that's getting applied to me. Anyone getting a green card in the country, or applying for an immigration visa from outside of the country MUST show proof of vaccination.
The schedule for vaccines is decided by the ACIP. This is a recommendation that then gets treated with the weight of law by DHS. It's true that no one can "force" you to get vaccinated with mandates, but they will deport you or refuse you a visa from entering the country.
And with the CDC now saying that covid is just like the flu and you don't need to do anything special, the enforcement of mandates becomes even more arbitrary and unjustified.
Biden & Co. want to deport an unvaxxed kid but it’s OK for hundreds of thousands of illegals to flood across the border with all types of diseases? When Trump is back in office I never want to hear the word Democrat ever again. EVER!
For me it's been the 7 month rule. The interview for my wife to get her immigration visa was in July 2023, and she's being refused entry into the country for not having the jab.
This is the mandate that's still being applied to all green card applicants. That means that includes both people applying with in the country and people being denied entry outside of the country.
Note that this is only being applied to legal immigrants, often including relatives of US citizens such as spouses. And not applied to illegal immigrants or non-immigrants.
Stay in the country ''illegally'' until the requirement for these vaccines is revoked, then continue the legal process to obtain the green card, I brought my mother and my sister with a tourist visa, and they will be in the country''" illegally'' until the requirement to be vaccinated with the Chinese virus is revoked, and then I will continue with the process to obtain their green cards, which is still on hold because they are not vaccinated, and their processes have not advanced for that reason.
This is a good strategy if you know to think ahead. DHS doesn't allow you to apply for a non-immigration visa while applying for an immigration visa.
A lot of people are locked in, in the sense that they can't enter the country on a tourist visa while their immigration visa is being withheld because of covid. And if they would need to throw away all of the time they invested, plus their next visa is going to be that much harder for being refused a visa once.
I forgot to say that my mother and my sister already had a tourist visa approved and still valid, and their processes to obtain a green card were in process.
You can also look through the replies on the tweet of other people being banned from the country for not having the jab, even though they have been approved for all requirements.
My family is running into a similar issue. I am a US citizen, and my wife is being denied an immigration visa for not having the jab.

Meanwhile they let in millions with zero vaxes.
I guess they don't want their future slaves getting sick.
So if you have a bazillion dollars you can fight it in court?

Fafo motherfuckers.
72-hour rule.

If only the child was old enough to vote…
I wouldn’t worry about it, they haven’t been able to find the 20 million illegals
It's selective enforcement. The feds will ignore illegal immigrants and throw the book at law abiding Americans. US citizens were detailed legally crossing back into the US from Mexico: https://www.newsweek.com/video-americans-detained-cage-border-goes-viral-1874712
Yes. Agreed.
“Anarcho-tyranny”.
Didn’t they all get free phones? I think they know where they all are.
I guess the child will just have to come back across the southern border then. But the parents had better chaperone, or hire body guards.
Fake news, where’s the specifics? Fear porn.
