The doctor who encouraged kids to get covid vaccines or forced people on ventilators, had no idea about the depopulation agende. They only knew that they could make tons of money doing this, and the people above them would protect them.
The politician passing a 1000 page bill has no idea what is in that bill and whom it will help or hidner. They only know that if they pass that bill, they get paid and if they dont, their blackmail will come out.
The judges who went to epstein island and had their videos taken, has no idea what the real affiliation of the blackmailer is. They just know that if Trump comes back, they will be exposed.
And so on and so on. Its a huge system of machinery with cogs and wheels just following orders from who ever controls their paycheck or their blackmail or their drugs or anything else they are hooked on.
In a disjoint system like this, if you map out the control structure and who is at the very top of all the strings, you just need to replace that top, and leave the rest of the system in place, and just pull the strings subtly to make sure they are railroaded in a set direction - towards the precipice, in a hurry and in the process expose themselves.

Consider the fact that there are intel professionals whose job it is to do this kind of stuff. Now consider that these intel agencies are very much part of this system that wants to protect itself from exposure and would have no problem providing that expertise to an operation such as this if they have been led to believe that this is the only way to survive
Now also consider the fact that for decades if not centuries, we have been living in a world where optics and backstage happenings are not necessarily same, and keeping up the illusion - whether its politics or finance or wars or anything else - has been fundamental part of this world order.
So the additional effort, as you suggest the "myriad other practical, daily needs" - are but a drop in the bucket of all the fakery thats has always been part and parcel of the world we live in.
The circus is still the same it has always been, we are just forcing them to wear more blatant make up and do more blatant routines.
