here me out, what if the gov is mad because he actually did pull a devolution and the current resident isn't actually potus even tho the media pradesh him around like one. Plus Trump keep saying "If a President doesn’t have IMMUNITY, he/she will be nothing more than a “Ceremonial” President, rarely having the courage to do what has to be done for our Country. This is not what the Founders had in mind!". what if the message is immunity that he is still president and responded accordingly to the constitution to the act of war perpetuated on Nov 4 2020. Basically he's saying I have immunity from all the bullshit cases because "I AM THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES" still. I took the measure to do what's in the best interest of the country, and am allowed to run for a 3rd term now because of the Nov 4 attack. I think someone else can a elaborate on it but it's just an idea.

So if it's proven that Trump has been the president the past 4 years, basically means he can't run now, right? I'd rather that theory die off and he get 4 years to right this country after 2024 elections.
It was a coup against PDJT and a duly elected President was not allowed to sit in the Oval Office-FRAUD VITIATES everything, and I believe restoration of our Republic negates the 22nd Amendment.
IMHO the restoration of the republic will negate everything back to and including the 13th amendment.
The Constitution is quiet on a term served in exile. Maybe look to the Law of War for guidance here. This is new ground and continuously making the assertion you have made feeds into the death cult narrative.
It's not an assertion, I'm questioning. It came to mind and this seemed the best place to ask "what if" to that scenario.
Looking back, I should have added an "If so" to my final sentence there. I see the disconnect.
Yeah the logic of it all breaks down under even the slightest of scrutiny.
soooo here's a case that has never had precedent set for it. it's called obstruction of the executive. we have obstruction of justice - for the courts, and obstruction of congress - for the gov. but if fraud was perpetuated on the executive and he pulled devolution, he could have separated "powers of the president" from the office of the president. that's a HUGE distinction. Trump wrote a plethora of PEADS in his final days, so no one knows what he actually did. Now I think he's still Commander and Chief but Biden occupies "The office of the President" but has no real military control due to the fraud. therefore if there's a case that could reinstate him under the 2 year mark of bidens term for 10 total years as potus it's totally constitutional. just my 2 sense
