I don't think so - if you've seen AI photos, the hands and fingers are almost always screwed up. AI just can't get that right for some reason. The only "sus" part of this photo is the image labeled #1 simply because to do that with your hand you need the other hand to force it into that position, and once there it's difficult to maintain. However, because his hand is resting on a surface, it becomes much easier to hold that position.
