A bit off-topic, but your note on allodial title, do you have any good resources to look at for that, or good sources on the pros and cons of following through?

You can also put land into a Common Law Trust and not register land with County Recorder after transfer. Registration with County Recorder is voluntary and doing so is your consent to be assessed and taxed via fraudulent reclassification of “land” to “real property”, a fabricated legal category different than 4th Amendment property.
Common Law Trust cannot be sued in state courts (no jurisdiction) because they are all UCC corporate law courts now. You just file motion to dismiss for no jurisdiction.
You can combine by moving land into Trust while you fix Land Patent to get allodial title if needed and then transfer to another Trust after allodial title issues fixed.
To-origin ownership “title correction” is what the land patent technique by Gibson goes through.
When doing land transfer from an LLC or Trust (controlled by you) to an individual (yourself) including some gold or silver eagles Constitutionally counters attempts to invalidate transfer because “debt dollar is not Constitutional money” issue. Most counties not sophisticated to pull that BS.
It appears we are “sharing title” or they have split the title into allodial title (land patent) and equitable title (deed for use only per reclassification as “real property” and forced registration by Title Company with County Recorder as “County Corporation Asset”). Note that County/State Corp pulls the license of any Title Company that refuses to comply with the compelled fraud.

Basically, THEY are holding the land in trust instead of us, but someone is going to hold the land in trust it seems like?
