Enforce laws? Why do you think the military is there? Laws mean nothing to these people, and the military is there to do the enforcing, and they can't tell the military to leave.
Fourth Amendment
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
What is Supreme Court ruling on right travel?
357 U. S. 117-130. (a) The right to travel is a part of the "liberty" of which a citizen cannot be deprived without due process of law under the Fifth Amendment. Pp. 357 U. S. 125-127.
Excellent point. Giving up liberty for “safety”. I believe this is a rerun, we have been down this road before. Unconstitutional searches are……..unconstitutional.
Conditioning people to have military presence in every day life. To keep them “safe”.
Why don’t they just enforce the laws and arrest the criminals?

If we happen to be in continuity of government, then we are all operating under the Law of War Manual, right?
Yes but part of me really wants this troop presence in big cities to be part of the early Q drops mentioning this troop presence in big cities.
Same thoughts wonder what law/statute that the gives them the fucking right against Fourth Amendment,

Because that doesn't follow their narrative or end goals.
